I have catered for several, different occasions. Ranging between all kinds of different event. Whether it was a catering job during business and network events for international customers, or birthday celebrations and weddings. I love the versatility it brings. It is a pleasure to cater each and every event with the same passion and care as the next one. Together with the client we assemble a meal lay-out. Whether this means a selection of sweet and savory bites or a 3 course menu. All the wishes and ideas will be translated into custom made recipes and be handled from start to serving.
Here are a few example of plates which were made during a network presentation in the Hogeschool Arnhem.
- Bruschetta with a tapanade of olives, capers and sun-dried tomatoes with some rocket leaves.
- Mexican tortilla’ s with spicy tuna salad, sweet corn and grilled bell peppers.
- Chicken teriyaki skewers with 5 spice sauce and sesame seeds.
Other idea’s I have created in the past were themes for special high tea’s, birthdays or sweet sixteen celebrations.
