Whether it entails creating a fixed menu for a particular evening or designing a comprehensive menu for a restaurant. Both of these services I have mastered throughout the course of my career. Assembling 3 to 8 course meals, taking multiple allergies into consideration, adhering to specific requests such as ‘ gluten-free’ or ‘ fish only’, generally for groups consisting of 8 to 10 persons. Or as mentioned before setting up entire menu’s for professional restaurants from structuring an innovative dinner concept to inventing the actual dishes. Handling recourse budgets, making flavours intertwine and designing an actual print out menu which optimally expresses the vision of the restaurant to its customer.
